WHFC also provides service as an influential marketing arm of Harford Community College, presenting timely and significant news and information on a regular basis about HCC's academic and social offerings. Likewise, WHFC is a valuable asset to community groups desiring to publicize local services and events. And we serve area businesses as a legitimate, economical alternative to traditional marketing choices, in so doing presenting them another avenue of community service.
