We're on the lake, in School, on the street, in the mall, at the shack, in the bleachers, and on the ice. We talk to whoever knows what is going on, while it's happening. If nothing is happening - we make something happen. We're making radio fun again. Edge 91.9 is interactive The technology is available for our listeners to provide feedback instantly - and from anywhere. We will use that technology as never before in radio. E-Mail, Internet Chat, Fax, Cell Phone - From the start these have been integrated into the programming of this station. Our listeners are able to provide tips and coverage for other listeners. We will be this area's youth culture's bulletin board, and public address system. Edge 91.9 is for High school and college listeners. Our music style and information is specifically for students and others under 25 years old. There is enough music and information for old people in this market. We program current alternative and modern Christian rock. This is an aggressive, progressive music format, but our message remains positive. So much of the media around us focuses on violence and negative images. We will stress the good in life. The overall effect of our programming will be to encourage "affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity, a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion, commitment and focus." (Galatians 5:22)
