October 1982 Ralph Robinson fulfilled a life long dream of owning his own radio station and went on the air as 100.7 CIGV "Great Valley's" radio. Ralph and CIGV 100.7 went on to become an integral part of the growth of the Okanagan and worked tirelessly promoting community projects. Ralph's devotion to maintaining a strong sense of community within the Okanagan is legend, and remains the corner-stone of 100.7 GIANT FM's business ethic today. Based in Penticton, BC we have the largest 'footprint' in the valley.
