All of the above Kovsie FM will achieve through the following goals: Kovsie FM will be involved in the community, creating awareness of community matters, and taking part in various community projects. Kovsie FM will provide a platform for constructive debate, and ensure that all members of the community will have the opportunity to air their concerns and views. Kovsie FM will provide training and development to individuals who are interested in the radio industry. Employees of Kovsie FM will be provided with skills, knowledge and experience in various areas, including on-air presenting, news reading and compiling, sales and marketing, human resources, music play listing and/or advert production. Kovsie FM will provide a professiol sound, including music and entertainment, and news that is fresh, fair and objective, and presented in a way that will suit the community it serves. Intertiol, tiol and local news will be provided, with an emphasis on local coverage. Kovsie FM will also provide a platform for local musicians to promote their music. Kovsie FM will raise funds to ensure the continued successful functioning of Kovsie FM.
